Sardor and night shift staff excellent. Nearby Chinese restaurant, convenient stores. Close to hospital. Polite staff. Supermarket, fitness center nearby.

The hotel is conveniently situated near a supermarket and fitness center. Staff is helpful and accommodating, taking care of your needs. However, smoking in the hallways can be unpleasant.
The pool and sauna are advertised as free but are not.

The hotel is conveniently located near a big supermarket and fitness center, which were just a few steps away from the main entrance. the hotel staff are polite and supportive, trying their best to resolve every inconvenience that guests might have during their stay. the Chinese restaurant nearby was a great convenience for our early and late arrival meals.
The breakfast meals were repetitive, with the same limited options offered every day. smoking in the corridors was allowed, which was disturbing and showed a lack of consideration towards non-smokers.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff was polite, professional, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a supermarket and fitness center right next to the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's location was great for us, as it was close to a Chinese restaurant and some big stores.

The hotel was located in a convenient spot close to various amenities. Their staff was polite and welcoming, and their fitness center was top quality. We even got to try some delicious breakfast meals while we were there.
Our Christmas stay at this hotel wasn't as enjoyable as we'd hoped it would be. We were disappointed to find out that some of the posters were misleading - the sauna and pool weren't free for guests as advertised.

I had a great stay at Wantong Hotel. The staff went out of their way to help me, especially Sardor and his night shift counterpart. They were fantastic and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, with a Chinese restaurant and convenient stores just a stone's throw away. If I ever come back to this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.
